The world of Agile moves quickly. Those who are actively involved in directing or supporting a team need the right tools to react quickly. For a practicing Scrum Master or Agile Coach, it would be very beneficial to have a workbook of techniques and practices that they could easily reference.
The Scrum Masters Tool kit is intended to be a practical guide.

My style of leadership is mentoring. I embrace the principles of the Servant Leader and a collaborative approach to solving problems. I don’t see this as self-denying altruism but rather as the facilitation of helping a team achieve their potential.
Characteristics that Greenleaf considered important included listening and understanding; acceptance and empathy; foresight; awareness and perception; persuasion; conceptualization; self-healing; and rebuilding community. Those who aspire to this are dreamers of great dreams.

A polymath is an individual whose knowledge spans a substantial number of subjects, known to draw on complex bodies of knowledge to solve specific problems. This is my style of problem-solving. My approach is to view topics from many angles and synthesize a solution that evolves through multiple iterations.
